Mike & Debbie
Mike and I first met over the telephone on January 14, 2008 and we talked for four hours. It was like we had known each other for years and had always been the best of friends. Meeting each other was no accident and all thanks go to God our father and the wonderful match makers at Los Angeles Singles. I am still amazed after 11 years that there are people out there who have the expertise to match two people so perfectly.
Mike and I are alike in many ways and I think that is why we were able to talk for so long on the phone before we actually met in person. When I first decided to use a matchmaking service, it was on the advice of a close friend who met his wife through Los Angeles Singles. I was hesitant at first, but decided to give it a try. I loved the process as it allowed me to feel safe and to relax.
Going through the interview process I felt that whoever I did meet for the first time in public that person would have gone through the same interview process, so a lot of the “what if” questions didn’t enter my mind. The matchmakers are very positive, are good at communicating and listening. Mike feels the same way and he decided to reach out to Los Angeles Singles for the simple reason of wanting to meet someone that would eventually become his wife and partner for life. This is Michelle Wolkoys and Roland Weedon! They just celebrated their 10 year anniversary at the Castle in. England they got married at. They brought all their friends. They built their dream home in Park City.
